Can I take VitaNocte with prescribed medication from my practitioner?

Can I interchangeably switch between Nocte Love and Nocte Body Elixir products?

Yes you are welcome to interchangeable switch between these two products. The ingredient blend in Nocte Love includes all ingredients from Nocte Body Elixir plus five more. The decision is yours to decide which one best fits your needs.

Can I take VitaNocte products during the day instead of at night?

Yes you are welcome to take Nocte Love and Nocte Body Elixir during the day.

Can I take VitaNocte products while pregnant and breast feeding?

Nocte Love – No. We do not recommend VitaNocte’s Nocte Love product during pregnancy and/or while breastfeeding. Nocte Love contains adaptogen ingredients that are not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Nocte Body Elixir – consult your primary care practitioner. The Nocte Body Elixir contains the ingredient bovine colostrum. While there is no known reason for concern, current available research is limited. It is therefore recommended to consult with your healthcare practitioner about the suitability of the ingredients in this product for you.

Are VitaNocte’s products suitable for vegans?

Nocte Love – No. This product contains some ingredients derived from bovine sources.

Nocte Body Elixir – No. This product contains some ingredients derived from bovine sources.

Nocte Vegan – Yes – this product is vegan friendly.

Are Vitanocte’s website prices in AUD?

When purchasing on VitaNocte.com product prices are displayed in AUD currency. Should you purchasing from outside Australia your banking institution will convert the final payment to your local currency, other international fees may be applicable by your banking institution.

How does Vitanocte manage international orders and deliveries?

All shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart at the point of sale based on package weight and zip code/destination. The calculated shipping rate is determined by the shipping provider. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post.

When purchasing online at VitaNocte.com to have your product order be shipped and delivered to an address outside of Australia you may need to pay local taxes and duties prior to delivery of the product. VitaNocte does not manage or oversee this process at point of sale or prior to delivery. VitaNocte is therefore unable to advise on any applicable local taxes or duties and recommends that you source this information prior to placing an order.

How does VitaNocte manages deliveries in Australia?

The postage shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart during the checkout process along with GST. You will be given the option to send by either standard or express post-delivery. All orders over $150 are eligible for free standard shipping.

What do if I need to cancel my order?

Please send an email straight away to hello@VitaNocte.com as your order shortly following being placed will begin the process of being packed for shipping.

Can I return my products if I change my mind?

We are unable to accept return of product for change of mind due to the quality control procedures in place for managing supplements with our customers.

What do I do if there is a product issue at time of delivery?
